Who determines the pricing on my reseller storefront?
You do. You can set the pricing for products and services individually, offer special sales and promotions, even provide certain customers with discount pricing. We also have a global pricing option that lets you quickly set the pricing for all of your products at once.
What’s your commission payment process?
We offer a wide variety of payout options for your commissions (PayPal, EFT, Check, Remote Practice Managers Good as Gold). We usually pay the commission you earn in one month at the end of the following month. For example, if you earned a commission on your reseller hosting sales during January, we’ll pay you at the end of February.
What does it mean to be a white-label reseller?
When you sell white-label products or services, the name of the company that produces those services is replaced with your company name. So whether you want to be a white label email reseller or a white label hosting reseller or both, the only name your customers will ever see is yours.
Can I customize my storefront?
Yes. You can use our Storefront Branding to make your storefront reflect your personal brand. We give you control over your site’s domain name, site logo, color scheme, page layout, and more. What is the difference between Remote Practice Managers Pro and Reseller?
Remote Practice Managers’ Reseller program allows you to set your own prices and sell Remote Practice Managers products under your own brand, whereas Remote Practice Managers Pro provides developers and designers with free tools to manage their clients and sites.

I see two different price levels – $2,199.95 Basic, and $2,499.95 Pro. Why do you have these two price levels?
These pricing levels include a portal site, and another site (your main website.) The portal site is for: (1) customers to do their shopping and manage their products. (2) for the resellers to manage their products, change product pricing, promotions, review payments, and commissions, and to run various reports about their business. The portal site is structurally dependent on and controlled by Remote Practice Managers. The other website (that comes with the plan) is totally under your control. These two sites will be seamlessly integrated into one. However, if you already have a website, we will give you a 70% discount on either of the plans. Our system is not designed for such a deep cut. However, we can adjust the price and give you a window of time to make your payment.
Do you have an annual renewal fee? If so, what is it?
Yes, we do. The annual renewal fee for the basic plan is a whopping $99.99/yr. The Pro plan has an outrageous annual renewal fee of $159.99/yr.
What happens after you signup?
After you signup, we’ll instantly create your account. And that includes your portal. You’ll need a domain name for which to port your new reseller account to make it look very professional and easy for your customers to find you and do business. If you already have a website you will like to use, we need access to create a subdomain for your reseller account. Please allow 24 hours to get all these points resolved.
What about marketing? How do we go about this?
The best way to go about marketing your business is to let the word out to your friends and family and to everyone you meet. Treat the business as an additional set of products and services under your portfolio. Do not spend your valuable time and energy deliberating on the process with your friends and potential customers of how it’s done. This is important! Frankly, these people end up not doing business with you for various reasons. Focus on the needs of your customers. Measure your results: Track your sales via the source code reporting tool in your Dashboard or Reseller Control Center. To do this, add the promo code to your list of Marketing Source Codes. When you run the Marketing Source Code Report you’ll be able to review the source of your sales to see how well the offers are working.
How often do I get paid and how?
You get your checks once every 30 days directly sent to your checking account. We pay after 30 days to allow 30 days guarantee (return policy) on some of our products and services to expire. Don’t get flustered about this because you will enjoy it as well. You have days from the date you purchased your reseller account to change your mind and ask for a refund! How good is that!
